The Applicant must still meet all legal requirements of their existing visa;

The Applicant can’t be in the country illegally and must not fall for refusal under the general grounds of refusal;

The Applicant must pass an English language test;

The Applicant must pass the Life in the UK test;

The Applicant must show they are of good character (no criminal convictions) and

Prove absence of the Applicant has no exceeded beyond 180 days in any 12 month period.
