We generally take our trainees as paralegals first. We reward our hardest working paralegals with training contracts within 6-12 months of working with us. Although training contracts are not guaranteed, a high number of our paralegals end up with training contracts, reinforcing our commitment to our highest performing employees.
Paralegals and Training Contracts
We would like to receive applications from well-rounded individuals who have completed the LPC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection and organisation of documents and information from various cases at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organised.
Responsibilities
- Review and draft routine legal documents
- Create and maintain case files
- Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organised schedules and providing timely reminders
- Conduct legal research
Employees will be encouraged to take responsibility for work from an early stage, and to engage in contact with clients.
